Hey friends! Can you believe it’s already October and now the season of pumpkin picking and all the fall fun? The temps here in Michigan are starting to drop to the 60s already and the leaves are even starting to change color a little bit. I am so excited for the fall season and all the activities that come with it. Of course I painted my nails this beautiful orange color from excitement of fall.

After a few years of going apple picking, pumpkin picking I decided it’s finally time to wear an outfit that is actually comfortable for pumpkin picking. This outfit is my go to because it is so effortless and quick to put on. Accessories it with a few different items and it goes from bland to Grand. When I’m planning a fall day like this, I always want to wear something that looks like you put thought into it but still lets you move around and actually enjoy the day.

This was exactly that kind of look. I threw on a soft off-the-shoulder top (I love a neutral for fall because it goes with everything) and my favorite pair of light-wash jeans. These Abercrombie and Fitch jeans are my go to wide leg jeans that I’ve had for over 3 years. They’re comfy enough to crouch down and grab pumpkins but still flattering for photos — which, let’s be honest, is always part of the plan. 😉 I finished it off with a pair of ankle boots and my go-to wide-brim hat for that extra autumn feel.
